When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.
How long does the shipping take?
United States: 5-7 Days (Local warehouse). United States: 8-15 Days (Overseas warehouse). Canada: 8-15 Days. Australia: 8-15 Days. European Union: 8-15 Days. Rest of the World: 8-25 Days. Shipping time varies as we do ship worldwide.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and other credit card payments.
How secure is shopping?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments are also verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, we send our customers tracking numbers right after we ship the item. Your tracking number with instructions (how to track the order) will be sent to you via email.
Which days do you ship?
We ship orders Monday–Friday excluding holidays. If you order before 2PM (PDT) we'll most likely ship your order the same day!
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have your tracking number, you can check the status of your order on this page.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible: email@example.com We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, you can return any item you buy from us within 30 days of placing your order since we have a 30 days money back guarantee. Just ship the item back to us and we'll happily refund you.
Should I use my country's currency or the store currency?
All our orders are being proceeded in US Dollar currency. If your payment is card based on another currency, your order total will be calculated per the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All of the items displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on the country you live in, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order and fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
