Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/return or exchange. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY IF:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice and email notification that you received from our store).
Please do not send your purchase back using the same address it came from. We have a different address for refund cases.
Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Buddyzen reserves the right to deny any return request.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items. You can submit a request for return of goods only after receiving the goods, not when it is on the way. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Buddyzen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Buddyzen will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at email@example.com.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org and it must be before 2 hours have passed that is the time we take to start processing the order. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
To return your product, you should contact us via email email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list:

- e-Gift cards
- Lingerie sets (including women's shapewear and body shapers)
- Headphones and Earphones
Please note: If the returns team receives a non-returnable item, we will send back the item to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.
